Hi Val, we discontinued the classroom app early last year. You must have recently updated your phone which is why the app tried to update without success. What we could do is move you over to the individual version if you’re interested, at no cost. All you would have to send to our Customer Support Team is a receipt from the App store of your Classroom App purchase. The icon acts like it is opening, but it just stops and goes back to home screen. I have tried to search through iTunes store to update, but am only able to find the non classroom version. Can you Help me please? I really love this app for instructing my emergent readers. My kids have done so well on this in the past!!!
