My Hooked on Phonics Classroom Edition No longer works on my iPad…. The icon acts like it is opening, but it just stops and goes back to home screen. I have tried to search through iTunes store to update, but am only able to find the non classroom version. Can you Help me please? I really miss your GREAT app for instructing my emergent readers!

What we could do is move you over to the individual version if you’re interested, at no cost. All you would have to send to our Customer Support Team is a receipt from the App store of your Classroom App purchase. I also had the classroom app, and we still want to be able to use Hooked on Phonics with our students. How can this work?

I also had the classroom appp, I still want to use it. How does this work? If I call costumer service will they move me over? Can I use it with muliple students still?
Hi Melissa, please feel free to call our support team so that they can grant you access to the individual version of the app, at no cost. Their number is 1-888-605-5055. With this newer app, you can use it with up to 3 children.

I too am having the same issue with my classroom app. The kids loved it last year and now it acts like it going to load but never does.

I had gotten the app for ,y oldest daughter when she was in kindergarten just went to try it for ,y little one and it won’t work I downloaded the new app but it only lets me use the trial anyway to move all content from the classroom addition on my iPad to new one
